On the 9th October 2018, the BMCC organised another edition of the Professional Development Programme for the staff of Petrofac. The trainers for the day were Datuk Zainal Amanshah (CEO of InvestKL and BMCC Board Director), along with Ainol Yaacob, Head of Country and Global Tax Director-GBS Tax Operations of British Petroleum Malaysia).
The speakers gave training presentations to the staff, including the values of inculcating a learning and innovative culture, the principles of teamwork and adopting the Actionable Behavioural Competency Model. Mohamed Hanif bin Hashim, General Manager of Petrofac and fellow BMCC Board Member joined in the session a presented the two speakers with a token of appreciation for what proved to be an enjoyable and insightful morning.
