Talent Network

The BMCC Talent Network Group is a platform established by the chamber to address one of the top concerns faced by businesses in Malaysia – talent scarcity. The network group is currently chaired by Nic Chambers, Managing Director of Michael Page Malaysia and aims to build conversations to foster cooperation and understanding between businesses and key stakeholders to resolve this challenge.  

With 22 active members, the network engages in discussions on talent development issues and shares its efforts towards addressing talent scarcity. These discussions were meant to generate joint recommendations and identify initiatives that can be implemented in line with Malaysia’s human capital policies.
