The BMCC organised another in-house staff training session for sponsors Petrofac. This round, Ms. Ann Mauritia DCruz was the day’s trainer on the subject “Creating Value through Knowledge: Training to work smart vs training to work hard.” Ann is an advisor at Guidepoint Global, the 2nd largest expert network providing business professionals the opportunity to consult with industry experts. She is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management and The Logistics & Supply Chain Management Society.
