The BMCC organised its second edition of the Petrofac sponsored Leadership Training Programme on the 16th January 2018. Building on last year’s first session with the Chamber’s very own Chairman, Andrew Sill, this 2nd programme featured international speaker and author Dr. Indigo Triplett. Having grown her home-based training practice into a thriving multimillion dollar performance management consulting firm, she has since launched 4D Performance in Malaysia which mirrors her US company.
Among the numerous topics touched on were the initiatives leaders, managers & staff could learn to inculcate towards fostering an efficient and balance office ecosystem. This training programme was exclusive only to employees of Petrofac, with over 30 of them taking time off their routine to participate.
