MRCB is a leading listed urban property developer, with a large portfolio of successful integrated commercial and residential developments anchored around transportation hubs, its most prominient being KL Sentral. Its project pipeline has a GDV of RM55 billion. MRCB’s Engineering, Construction & Environment Division has an enviable track record in constructing transportation infrastructure, and is presently the project delivery partner for the LRT3 Line (in jv with George Kent) and involved in the construction of MRT 2. It was also responsible for the recent refurbishment of the National Sports Complex in Bukit Jalil. MRCB’s current external client construction orderbook is RM6.5 billion.
