
British Council | 4-6 July – Study UK Pre-Departure Briefing
Taking place from 4–6 July 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, with a virtual session available for out-of-state participants, the briefing will equip attendees with practical tips on visa applications, travel, accommodation, academic life, and cultural adjustment. A special highlight:
- UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) will be present to provide direct guidance on the student visa process – valuable for both confirmed students and those exploring their options
- Representatives from the British Universities’ International Liaison Association (BUILA) will share expert insights into the UK university application process and the exciting opportunities available after graduation (only available on 6 July 2025 session)
- Hear from Chevening Scholarship alumni, who will reflect on their personal journeys as Malaysian students in the UK—offering honest perspectives on adjusting to a new culture, academic life, and the transformation that follows (only available on 4 and 5 July 2025 session).
