A LEGAL PERSPECTIVE ON THE IMPACT OF GST

Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be implemented on 1 April 2015 and will impact all business operations. It is therefore crucial to learn on the impact and the effects of this new legislation. The workshop is brought to you exclusively by Luther, in collaboration with the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (BMCC), to offer you an understanding of GST: basic features and mechanics, scope, supply-type, place, time, value, claiming of input tax credit, account for GST, registration, documentation and record keeping, and contractual arrangements and transitional issues. The one-day workshop will be held at Istana Hotel on Friday, 15 August 2014 from 10.00am.

Program Fee: The workshop fee for each participant is RM 500.00. Participants members of BMCC will receive a 10% discount. Please make payment in favour of Luther Corporate Services Sdn Bhd. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation/Transfer: Cancellation must be made in writing and received at least 1 week prior to the workshop. No refund of registration fees will be granted after confirmation of your participation. You may substitute an alternative participant in order to avoid cancellation.
