How To Provide Feedback

To make a complaint or provide other feedback, we ask that you email us at info@bmcc.org.my, making sure to include your name and contact information, along with a clear description of the reason for your complaint. Alternatively, you may wish to send an official letter to our Executive Office at the address above. You may also wish to offer your suggestions on how the BMCC might make amends. Please rest assured that we take all complaints very seriously and we will endeavour to do all that we can to set things right. Your feedback will be kept strictly confidential. Serving our members is our priority and remains at the heart of all that we do.
