BMCC Leaders Dinner Series with ACCA

The BMCC Leaders Dinner marked the first in a planned series of events carefully designed with ACCA to drive and facilitate business dialogue as part of the accounting and finances commitment to support rising and expanding businesses in Malaysia. The talk covered a balanced picture of the impact of big data on the accountancy and finance professions in the coming five to ten years by identifying specific opportunities and challenges for the accountancy and finance professions.About the Speaker, Ms. Faye Chua is the ACCA’s head of future research and leads its global research and insights programme that focuses on the future directions of business and the accountancy profession across a range of subjects. She has over 10 years of experience in research across different sectors of the economy and has worked in North America, Asia-Pacific and Europe. She is the staff expert on ACCA’s Accountancy Futures Academy.
