The BMCC 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”) of the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (BMCC) will be held on Friday, 12 June 2015 from 3.30 pm onwards at Klang Room, Level M, G Tower Hotel, 199 Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur (Map Here).

The order for the day will be:

3:30pm Registration

4:00pm AGM Formal proceedings

5:00pm BMCC Members Networking at View Rooftop Bar

This invitation for the attendance of 2015 AGM is only for the Principal Representative but in the event that the principal representative is not available, the principal representative may nominate a proxy to attend on his/her behalf no later than 48 hours before the time for holding the 2015 AGM. (*)

* The proxy form will be issued together with the Notice of AGM in due course.
