Let our amazing buffet spread pave the way for goodwill and stronger ties this Ramadan. Enjoy a special selection of authentic Malay favourites curated by Chef Zaini, including a variety of fresh, appetising local salads, kerabu and ulam-ulaman, hearty bubur lambuk, and a tantalising whole roast lamb. Take your tastebuds on a journey of flavour and texture with fluffy Beriani rice, grilled eggplant, fruit and vegetable pickles, a selection of hearty soups, beef with chilli daging dendeng berlada, Malay-style grilled chicken, smoked duck in spiced coconut milk, and so much more. A special Ramadan offering this year is Shell Out, where succulent seafood including prawns, lala, mussels, crabs and bamboo clams are tossed in a selection of kam heong, sweet sour, and salted egg sauces, to be enjoyed with the fingers.
The buffet will also serve seafood on ice, with a revolving choice of Western appetisers and salads.

EQ BAZAAR
All the merriment and adventure of a Ramadan bazaar is yours without the parking hassles, heat and crowds at the first-ever EQ Bazaar. Modelled after the popular food markets which spring up in neighbourhoods each Ramadan, EQ Bazaar offers guests the fun of exploring different stalls, and trying out a variety of delectable street food, all prepared by our talented chefs.
Browse, discover and savour the amazing flavours of our ayam golek rotisserie chicken, roti john, fried bananas and tubers, keropok lekor, belinjo crackers, bakso WHICH IS Indonesian beef balls, kuih-muih and many more street foods which are synonymous with the vibrant markets.
