BMCC 6th Talent Network Meeting of 2025
Our 6th Talent Network meeting, led by Chair Nic Chambers, Managing Director of Michael Page Malaysia and Deputy Chair Sukhbir Singh, CEO of M&N Management Consultants, brought members together to review recent activities and discuss upcoming plans.
The Network continues to focus on three key areas: the future of work, entry-level workforce development, and upskilling and training.
Looking ahead, members also explored exciting initiatives, including AI upskilling sessions and a mentorship programme for university students, aimed at strengthening talent pipelines and preparing the workforce for tomorrow’s challenges.
