BLACK OUT DATES
- The hotel reserves the right to designate Black-Out Dates at its sole discretion.
- In the event of Black-Out Dates, the hotel will honour all existing reservations for the specified period, provided that these reservations were confirmed at least 24 hours before the announcement.
- Please be advised that Black-Out Dates may be introduced at any time throughout the year, and we recommend staying informed of any updates.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The above rates quoted are not applicable if bookings are made through a Travel Agent, Airline or Hotel Representative; these rates are non-commissionable.
- All information and rates offered in this agreement are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties for whatsoever reason and/or purpose.
- The above rates are only applicable for individual room bookings of up-to nine (09) rooms per night; Group bookings of 10 rooms per night and above require a different rate structure, which is negotiable depending on room and rate availability.
- If a lower qualified rate is found for the same accommodation and terms* through one of the official Sunway City Kuala Lumpur Hotels booking channels, (Hotel website) we will honour either same or lower rate.
*Our Sales Team will review the website where the lower rate was found and ensure it is for the same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same dates of stay, same length of stay, same guarantee and cancellation policy, and be booked under the same terms & conditions. - Room confirmation is subject to room and rate availability; and, Non-Last-Room-Availability (NLRA) basis.
- To establish Credit Facilities with the Hotel for direct billing purposes, please request and submit the “Credit Application Form” for onward evaluation. Credit approval or disapproval subject to the Hotel’s discretion.
- The Corporate Rates are extended with an anticipated minimum threshold of 50 room nights over a twelve (12) months period. Sunway City Kuala Lumpur Hotels reserves the right to review the rates in the event the production does not meet the anticipated room nights after three (03) months of receiving the Corporate Rates.
*Additionally, effective 01 January 2023, the mandatory MYR 10.00 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be imposed on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guests. This amount is to be collected by the Hotel, on behalf of the Malaysian Government, upon check-out. All Malaysian and Permanent Residents are exempted. - Sunway City Kuala Lumpur Hotels adopts a Smoke-Free environment, defining all guestrooms on Non-Smoking Floors and all enclosed public areas within the Hotel as Smoke-Free Zones. In upholding the Smoke-Free policy in non-smoking guestrooms, a Room Recovery Fee of RM 4,000.00 has been institute for any violation of the policy, and must be borne by the guest(s) concerned for the Hotel to clean, deodorise and restore the room to smoke-free condition.
