Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur | Corporate Rates for Bookings

Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur is pleased to offer the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce – BMCC corporate rates effective from 1 January until 31 December 2025.

Rates

All Corporate Rates quoted in Appendix 2 are:
• Non-commissionable
• Rates are applicable to bookings of up to 9 rooms per night, subject to room availability
• Rates offered are for use by your company employees and not allowed to be resold or redistributed in any form without prior written consent
• Applicable to service charge, taxes and inclusions as indicated

“Taxes” means all forms of taxes, duties, imposts, surcharges, withholding, rates, excise, VAT, GST, transient, levies or other governmental impositions as may be imposed, assessed or charged together with any additional statutory charges (including interest, penalties, fines and expenses) under all prevailing laws and regulations and by the relevant authorities.

Not withstanding the Rates and Taxes specified in this Agreement, Hotel is entitled to notify Customer of any change that may apply to prevailing rates of Service Charge and Taxes in writing. Hotel will specify the date when such change will become effective and binding on the Customer. On Receipt of such a notice, the Customer shall be liable for the payment of the revised rates of Service Charge and all applicable Taxes.

Club Privileges
Exclusive benefits only applicable for paying guests staying on our Club Floor and Suites:
• Exclusive use of our Club Lounge
• Club check-in and check-out
• Complimentary continental breakfast
• Complimentary evening cocktails served with a selection of hors d’oeuvres
• Complimentary coffee, tea and soft drinks throughout the day
• Use of meeting room for up to 2 hours per day (subject to availability and advance booking is recommended)
• Complimentary pressing of one suit upon arrival

Reservation Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Any guaranteed reservation cancelled less than 24 hours prior to 6pm (local hotel time) of the confirmed arrival date will be subject to a one-night charge.

Check-in/Check-out
The hotel’s official check-in time 14:00 HOURS and check-out time is 12:00 HOURS on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out charges will apply.

Payment
All charges must be settled by the guest upon departure, unless prior alternate arrangements have been confirmed with the hotel’s Credit Department.

Rate Confidentiality
You agree to keep this Letter including all Rates contained herein and otherwise received from us from time to time confidential and not to disclose them to any other person except to your staff for purposes of making reservations as envisaged under this Letter and who have agreed to keep such rates confidential and to comply with the terms of this Letter as if they had been party hereto.

Group Rates
Group rates will apply when a block of 10 rooms and above are reserved for guests. Please contact us for more information or group requests.

Rates
Rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 8% government taxes

Extra Adult Charge & Extra Bed Details:
Extra Adult Charge: For all room types: MYR 200.00++ per person per night including of one extra bed

Tourism tax
RM10nett tourism tax per room per night is applicable to all non-Malaysian passport travelers

You agree not to use, permit, authorise, purchase, sell, market, make any reference to or register the Shangri-La brand or any Intellectual property (including trademark, trade name or logo similar to that) used or owned by Shangri-La, without the prior written consent of Shangri-La.

The parties agree to comply with the provisions set forth in Appendix 1 (Data Protection Compliance) regarding Personal Data (as defined therein).
