The curriculum follows the British model, leading to IGCSE and A Level qualifications. RGSKL students benefit from a broad academic programme enriched by languages, performing arts, sports, and over 50 co-curricular activities each term. The school offers French, German, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, alongside a strong English as an Additional Language (EAL) programme.
Our recent IGCSE results demonstrate the school’s academic strength:
64% of students achieved grades A* to B,
40% of all grades were A*, and
39% of students achieved four or more A and A*.
Facilities and Environment
The RGSKL campus is designed to support modern, holistic learning. It includes eight science laboratories, a two-floor library, a full-sized astro turf, swimming pool, indoor multi-purpose hall, outdoor courts, tennis courts, and climbing walls. State-of-the-art boarding will open in August 2027.
The school currently educates over 400 students from 28 nationalities, with capacity for 1,250. The community represents 21 countries, creating a vibrant and inclusive international environment that reflects Malaysia’s global outlook.
