With over two decades of international experience, he has spearheaded innovative advancements across various industries, successfully bootstrapping startups and driving innovation within corporate and public sectors. His efforts have been recognized with prestigious awards from organizations such as GovInsider (Singapore), IDC (USA), APICTA (Malaysia), and iAwards (Australia). Passionate about leveraging technology and innovation, Sam is committed to creating meaningful impact for society and the environment.

Sharifah Thaherah
Head of Legal & Regulatory
With 20 years of experience in legal, corporate, government engagements and regulatory matters across industries like development and construction, waste management, telecommunications, oil and gas, E&E, and information technology, she is currently the Head of Legal & Regulatory for APAC and India at Infobip. She began her career as an advocate and solicitor, specializing in corporate law, and she is also a certified company secretary. She holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom and an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia.
