Talent Network
The BMCC Talent Network Group is a platform established by the chamber to address one of the top concerns faced by businesses in Malaysia – talent scarcity. The network aims to build conversations to foster cooperation and understanding between businesses and key stakeholders to resolve this challenge.
Additionally, the network engages in discussions on talent development issues and shares its efforts towards addressing talent scarcity. These discussions are meant to generate joint recommendations and identify initiatives that can be implemented in line with Malaysia’s human capital policies.

1st Meeting in 2025
Our Talent Network convened for the first time this year at our office to chart their course for 2025. The discussion, led by Talent Network Chair, Nic Chambers (Michael Page) and Deputy Chair, Sukhbir Singh (M&N Group Companies), sorted the network’s upcoming focus points, which upskilling and training, the future of work, developing entry-level workforce, and cross-committee and network collaboration.
Talent Trends Briefing & Futures Thinking Masterclass
We hosted an inspiring half-day masterclass in collaboration with Michael Page and PwC’s Academy, designed to equip our members with the tools, insights, and foresight to navigate the evolving world of work.
