A Coleslaw Showcase & Networking Reception was held at the British High Commissioner’s Residence Kuala Lumpur to promote Naylor Farms and Avondale Foods, two well established UK food producers to the Malaysian market. With over 150 years of experience between them, Naylor Farms and Avondale Foods have joined forces to create Naylor Farms Asia, a joint venture which was recognised and publicised through this event organised by the BMCC.
Following speeches by H.E. Vicki Treadell CMG, MVO, (British High Commissioner to Malaysia) and Aurelia Silva (Executive Director of the BMCC), spokesperson from Naylor Farms and Avondale Farms gave a detailed presentation about their companies and the quality products they produce. Their renowned customers include KFC, Waitrose, Tesco and Costco, amongst many others. A food tasting and networking session was held after, enjoyed by the attendees made up of representatives from all facets of the Food Services Industry.
