CMI Roundtable on Workplace Wellbeing at BMCC Office

Our CEO recently attended CMI’s Roundtable on Workplace Wellbeing: A Leadership Imperative, hosted at the BMCC office.

The high-level discussion brought together senior leaders from CMI’s membership network, Malaysia’s higher education sector, and the wider business community to examine how leadership and effective management can drive employee wellbeing—creating healthier, more engaged, and more productive workplaces.

A key takeaway from the discussion was the crucial role that leaders play in fostering mentally healthy, safe, and supportive workplaces—emphasising that mental wellbeing truly begins with leadership.
