BMCC’s 3rd Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Network Meeting of 2025

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Network convened for our 3rd Meeting of the year. Led by Lee Soo Fern, Talent Partner at EY, who stood in for our Chair Natasha Zulkifli, Stakeholder Director at YTL Construction and Deputy Chair Sharath Martin, Senior Policy Consultant of ACCA Asia Pacific.
The meeting focused on meaningful discussions around employable strategies to support neurodiversity in the workplace. Members actively shared personal experiences, challenges, and best practices in cultivating inclusive environments for neurodivergent individuals, underscoring the importance of workplace accommodations, training, and leadership commitment in making neurodiversity a recognised and celebrated part of DEI efforts.
Looking ahead, the group explored upcoming initiatives, including a session dedicated to Cultural Intelligence (CQ), a critical capability for managing diversity across borders and identities. Members were also updated on our ongoing #EquityEveryday Digital Campaign, which has been spotlighting our members’ success stories and actionable strategies to in closing the gender gap across industries.
Thank you to all our DEI Network members for their continued engagement and collaboration in advancing inclusive leadership and workplace equity.
