BMCC Members Mentor High Commissioners for a Day for British High Commission of Kuala Lumpur

The BMCC was pleased to support the #HCforADayMY 2026 initiative by hosting a mentorship session for this year’s winners, Robyn and Qistina.
As part of the programme, the winners participated in a one-on-one mentoring session with two distinguished women leaders from the BMCC network — Yeoh Pei Tsen, Director of YTL Construction and a member of the BMCC Board, and Datin Shelina Razaly Wahi, Partner at Abdullah Chan & Co.
During the session, the mentors shared insights from their professional journeys and provided guidance on leadership development, building confidence, and navigating challenges faced by young women aspiring to lead. The discussion concluded with reflections from the winners on the key lessons and leadership actions they hope to take forward.
The BMCC is proud to support initiatives that empower the next generation of women leaders and contribute to meaningful conversations around inclusion and opportunity.
