Yvonne Liew leads the Malaysia operations, focusing on client service and operational growth, while Amrit Kaur oversees APAC HR, working closely with global managers on hiring, staff management, and payroll processes.

Since the acquisition in December 2022, the KL office has experienced significant growth and evolution. What began as a small operational team of around 25 has expanded into a collaborative and engaged workplace, with over 60% of the team now actively contributing to cross-functional projects and global initiatives.

“The KL office has shifted from being task-driven to a culture that values open communication, shared accountability, and teamwork across departments,” says Amrit Kaur, Head of HR. “Team members are more proactive in raising ideas, supporting each other during peak periods, and participating in company initiatives. This has strengthened trust and overall cohesion.”

Yvonne Liew, Head of Business Operations, highlights how this culture has supported operational success. “Our evolving team has remained committed to delivering high-quality service for our clients while expanding capacity and capability. The collaborative environment Amrit describes has directly contributed to smoother processes and more effective client support across the global network.”

Participation in office initiatives and celebrations has also grown, reflecting stronger camaraderie and inclusiveness. From festive gatherings and quarterly birthdays to team-led volunteer events, these activities have created opportunities to build relationships beyond day-to-day responsibilities.

Yvonne adds that these initiatives have a direct impact on performance and client service. “The engagement and resilience fostered through these activities mean the team can operate at a higher level, delivering consistent quality while maintaining a positive workplace environment.”
