2nd Education Committee Meeting at Charterhouse Malaysia

The BMCC Education Committee (3-18 Years) convened at Charterhouse recently to hold elections for new leadership positions.

This meeting marked the final session chaired by Anthony Partington, CEO of XCL Education, concluding his tenure as Chair. During his leadership, the committee made significant strides in strengthening engagement with government stakeholders and enhancing the promotion of British K-12 education in Malaysia. We thank Anthony for his dedicated service and invaluable contributions.

The meeting also acknowledged the departure of David Griffiths of Nexus International School and Richard Davidson of Charterhouse Malaysia, who have been long-serving members since the committee’s early days. As they both prepare to leave Malaysia, we extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for their commitment and support over the years.

Following, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Glenn Moodie of Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar as Chair and Nick Belcher of The International School @ ParkCity Kuala Lumpur as Deputy Chair of the Committee. We look forward to continued progress and fresh momentum under their leadership.
