- For reissuance of ticket due to change on flight date or time made within 3 days before departure, there will be a reissuance fee of RM300 (penalty) and RM75 (reissuance fee) which will be charged together with any applicable airport tax difference.
- Should the ticket holder not turn up to board the flight on the booked flight departure day, a no-show fee of RM300 and related cancellation and documentation fee will be charged, subject to Holiday Travel & Tours general policies applicable to flight ticket(s).
