BMCC BREAKFAST TALK SERIES #1

In a brand new line of events, the BMCC together with sponsors TMF Group will hosts the first of its Breakfast Talk Series on the topic of “Wellness – The Strategy from Good to Great.”

Due to take place on Thursday the 2nd of March 2017, this first installment will feature Dr Greg Jakubowski, the Regional Medical Director, Corporate Solutions, Asia of International SOS as well as Ho Mun Kiat, Senior Vice President and National Practice Leader, Employee Health & Benefits of Marsh Insurance Brokers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Greg Jakubowski joined International SOS in August 2010, and in 2013 moved to the present role of Regional Medical Director, Corporate Solutions, Asia. He is based in Singapore.

Dr. Greg is primarily responsible for supporting the development of general and work related medical solutions for key corporate clients in Asia, including health and wellness, and occupational health. This ensures that companies fulfil their duty of care obligations to their workforce and implement robust plans for business continuity planning.

 

 

 

 

 

Ho Mun Kiat is the National leader focusing on the growth & expansion in the Employee Health & Benefits of Marsh Insurance Brokers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, and is responsible for the strategic direction of broking, healthcare, flexible benefits and total wellness solutions. He also ensure close collaboration of the Mercer Marsh EHB operation with other business units, and continue to be the key client advocate for all major EHB portfolios.

 

 

 

 

Ho has more than 7 years in the mutual fund industry and 10 years of experience in employee benefits, previously working with CIMB and AIA Corporate Solutions and now for 4 years with Marsh.

The speakers will touch on the matters concerning the benefits of wellness programmes to employee and employers, the importance of wellness programmes to business continuity, trends of wellness in the workplace, managing healthcare cost through proactive measures and the pragmatic approaches in promoting workplace wellness.

Admission to this event is free of charge to all BMCC members, and is limited to 30 pax on a first-come-first-serve basis. Breakfast and morning beverages will be served.
