The BMCC continues the success of its Breakfast Talk Series, this time dwelling on the overarching topic of company branding in a digital age, featuring 2 established speakers in George Aveling (CEO of TMI Consultancy) and Daniel Posavac (CEO of Bonsey Design Jaden). They’ll both be speaking on the respective niche topics of “Reimagine Learning with Augmented Reality” and “Branding in the Digital Age,” - contemporary matters which promises to be a fascinating discourse for start-ups, SMEs and MNCs alike.

George Aveling - CEO of TMI Malaysia
George is the Group CEO and International Partner of TMI and TACK International in Malaysia. He is a mentor to senior leaders. He is an organisational leader. He is a writer. He is a consultant.George opened the TMI office in Kuala Lumpur in February 2005. TMI, with a presence in 60 countries, is a transformation consultancy, focusing on the customer experience. TACK International is a global sales and leadership development consultancy, similarly with offices in 45 countries of the world.
Elementrix, a digital learning and innovation company, is the latest addition to the solution offerings offered under George’s leadership. George was given the highest honour in the TMI international network, being awarded the TMI Friendship Award for contributions to the TMI global consulting network in 2011 and again in 2016. He is the only person in the TMI global network to be given this prestigious award on two occasions.
George is the co-editor of the book, SHIFT! Powerful Stories of Organisational Transformation. He has written over 100 articles for magazines in Malaysia and Australia. George has lived in Malaysia since 2007.
Daniel Posavac - CEO of Bonsey Jaden
Daniel has over a decade of digital and brand experience, with strengths ranging from digital strategy to campaign development and execution. Originally from Australia, Daniel has had success working with all types of brands, both internationally and across Asia. Daniel is as comfortable with the technical and creative side of digital as he is with strategy, planning and innovating around challenges faced by business across many sectors including lifestyle, FMCG, finance and telecommunications. Now settling in Singapore to set up Bonsey Jaden, Daniel is focused on leading the agency in becoming one of Asia’s largest Independent Digital Shops.
